Happy New Year!
As 2024 draws to a close, it’s time to look back on an incredibly rewarding year filled with music, travel, and new opportunities. For me, this year has been about growth—not just as a singer but as a teacher, collaborator, and individual. It’s been a year of hard work, resilience, and, most importantly, unforgettable experiences.
Travel
One of the highlights of 2024 was the opportunity to perform in so many new places across the UK and Europe. From intimate arias in cosy venues to larger performances in renowned spaces, I had the chance to share my music with a diverse range of audiences. Every performance was a reminder of why I love what I do—the connection with the audience, the thrill of being on stage, and the pure joy of making music.
Building a New Community of Students
Another significant milestone in 2024 was the expansion of my teaching practice. It was incredibly rewarding to welcome several new students into my vocal coaching program. Seeing them develop, overcome challenges, and find their own unique voices has been a source of immense pride. Watching my students develop and grow has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my year.
Teaching has also taught me more than I could have imagined—new techniques, different ways of approaching problems, and the importance of patience and encouragement. Every lesson is a reminder that learning is a lifelong journey, and it’s a privilege to be part of that process for others.
Looking Forward to 2025
As I reflect on 2024, I’m filled with gratitude for the opportunities I’ve had and the people who’ve supported me; whether they were clients, audience members, fellow musicians, or students. The road ahead is exciting, with new projects, performances, and opportunities on the horizon. But I also look forward to continuing the work I’ve started this year—growing as an artist, nurturing my students, and sharing my love of music with the world.
Here’s to an even brighter 2025, filled with more music and happiness!
Wishing you all a happy and healthy year ✨
Best wishes,
Emilie
Dear friends,
Blwyddyn Newydd Dda from Wales! Happy New Year to all of my wonderful clients; I am very much looking forward to 2024 and have a lot planned for me and my voice!
2023 brought me so much happiness and joy, if 2024 could be as good or better, I would be the happiest soprano around.
Wishing you all a happy and healthy year!
Best wishes,
Emilie
Hello friends,
Well September is here and the temperature is changing, but that means that the beautiful autumnal colours are on the way.
I have just arrived back from an absolutely wonderful job in Corfu where I was singing for a client's birthday celebrations. It was such a magical experience singing opera and musical theatre outside on a Grecian terrace!
Travelling for my work is something I really enjoy; there is nothing quite like boarding a plane to go and sing somewhere new.
My next public event is singing as Soprano Soloist for the Dolce Singers in December, where tickets are available to purchase here. Also, I share updates and images from my private events and travels regularly on my Facebook page.
Heres looking forward to a wonderful autumn everyone!
Best wishes | Cofion Cynnes

Dear friends,
What a year 2022 has been...filled with music, laughter, and wonderful memories. I am so glad that the UK has moved away from Covid regulations and live music is able to flourish again.
2020-2021 were very tough years for the performing arts sector, but 2022 has finished on high for me as a singer.
The Spring consisted of performances in aid of the Ukraine War, performances for Music in Hospitals and Care, and a trip to compete in Llangollen. I also began working as a singing teacher for Charlotte May Academy in Pontypool, taking on 18 singing students aged 10-17. I love every minute of teaching my students, and thank you to all of them for such a wonderful year and for all working so hard.
